Questions we get asked
Are you open on Sundays?
Yes. Our Google listing shows Sunday 10am to 5pm and the rest of the week 8am to 5pm. A couple of reviewers mention Sunday trading and public holidays too. If you need us on a public holiday, ring (08) 8445 0500 first to check that day.
Do you sell new and used tyres?
Yes, both. We carry a big range of new and used tyres. Ring with the size printed on the sidewall of your tyre (it looks like 205/55R16) and we will tell you what is on the shelf.
How long does a tyre change take?
It depends on the job and how busy the shop is. Some reviewers say they were done in under 10 minutes. Another was in and out within 20 minutes after a puncture patch. Ring and we will give you a feel for today.
Can you fix a puncture?
Bring it in and we will take a look. Puncture repair is one of the jobs our reviewers mention, including a bolt patched late on a Sunday afternoon. Whether a tyre can be repaired depends on the damage, so we check it first.
Do you do wheel alignment and balancing?
Yes. Balancing and alignment are both on the sign on our gate. A reviewer also lists wheel alignment among the work we did for them. Ring to ask how long your car would take.
How much will my tyres cost?
We do not list prices online because they depend on the tyre size and the tyre itself. Several reviewers say the prices are good, but the only way to know is to ring (08) 8445 0500 with your tyre size.
Do I need to book?
Ring (08) 8445 0500 and ask. If you are stuck with a flat, ring first so we can tell you the quickest way to get sorted.
Do you sell batteries?
Batteries are on our gate sign. Ring with the make, model and year of your car and ask what we have in stock.
Where are you and is there parking?
394 Grand Junction Road, Mansfield Park SA 5012. Our Google listing shows a wheelchair-accessible entrance and a wheelchair-accessible car park.
